WHAT IS IT

6 day leadership development programme – one day workshop each month over approximately 6 months
Based on action learning
- Action learning is about solving real business issues not classroom theories
- Participants assist learn from and with each other to solve own business problems
- Participants work on real business problems between workshops
- Other participants will also be working on real issues from their businesses creating the most powerful learning experience possible for everyone involved
- What sort of issues will I and others work on
  - Business project, future growth strategy, succession, investment plan, team development issues, workforce management and motivation, new technology introductions, lean or other system introductions, personal development issues, marketing plan, any other strategic business leadership issues
- Top class facilitation
- Will there be ANY taught elements – YES – small bite sized but high quality modules which support the issues selected by participants- BUT this is mainly a powerful action learning programme which aims to have an immediate impact on participants businesses
