Plymouth City Council Children's Services identified a need for improved performance management skills among middle leaders at schools. It worked with the University College Plymouth St Mark and St John to develop a tailored training programme.
Finding a neeed to improve its performance BCHA set up a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Bournemouth University to look at new reporting and performance monitoring systems for the charity.
