Training and Development

The secret to developing a healthy business lies in investing in people. By offering training and development opportunities you can foster an innovative working environment that attracts the best staff, improves staff retention and enables your business to grow.

Universities are here to help. They can offer a variety of training opportunities, from workplace seminars to tailor made courses leading to academic or professional qualifications.

Whether your business needs to keep up to date with the latest industry developments or to expand into new markets, universities can provide the right training to meet your needs.

"... enjoyable, memorable, and often very hard work. I have learned a great deal. It has played a large part in my career progression from Design Draughtsman to Principal Project Engineer. Researching for my dissertation gave me an invaluable insight into the Company's broader business outlook. I am sure that it will be of as much benefit to the Company as it has been to me."
