The Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a three-way link between a recent graduate, an academic supervisor and an organisation or business. High calibre graduates tackle specific tasks or projects to inject new knowledge into an organisation or business, improving service delivery and developing potential employees of the future.
